Mail Scanning Service – Terms of Use
1. Eligibility & Packages
Unlimited mail scanning is available only under the Mail Scanning Package and VIP Package, subject to a fair use policy.
2. Excluded Items
We do not open or scan items classified as books, booklets, magazines, bank cards, or similar materials. These items must be collected in person or forwarded upon request (VIP members only).
3. Pay-Per-Scan Service
For Economy and Business packages, mail scanning is available at S$5 per letter.
4. Storage Period for Self-Collection
All scanned mail will be retained for a maximum of 14 days for self-arranged collection at our office.
5. Mail Forwarding (VIP Only)
VIP members may instruct us to forward scanned mail to their designated address. Forwarding charges apply.
6. Disposal of Uncollected Mail
Any scanned mail not collected within 14 days will be securely shredded without further notice.
Optional – Self Collect or Mail Forwarding for Business & VIP Package
**Weekly Local Mail Forwarding within Singapore – by SingPost normal mail
- Customers will be required to place Mail Forwarding Credits: S$30
- Mail forwarding to local correspondence address at S$0.80 / letter (13cm x 24cm )eg. if you have 2 letters (13cm x 24cm), we will deduct S$1.60
eg. if you have a letter bigger than size (13cm x 24cm ), we will deduct S$1.60 or more
**Weekly/Monthly Mail Forwarding to Overseas – by UPS
- Customers will be required to place Mail Forwarding Credits: S$100
- S$5 Service Fee + Actual Courier Fees to send mail to Overseas Address by courier
**Mail Forwarding Credits are not refundable
**Mail Forwarding Credits can be carried forward to another subscription year
